Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for or using any service provided by apkkiss ("Platform"), you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety, along with all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the apkkiss Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered full acceptance of those changes.

User Eligibility

To register and use apkkiss services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be registered on any gambling exclusion list or valid self-exclusion programme.
• Be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of or as a representative of any third party.
• Ensure that online gambling is not specifically prohibited or restricted by applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Not use this Platform for any fraudulent purpose, money laundering or unlawful activity.

Account Registration and Security

Each user is only allowed one active account at any one time. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or using the same information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held within them.

All information provided during account registration, including username, full name, email address and mobile phone number, must be accurate, complete and kept up to date at all times. Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their accounts, including instances where the account is accessed by another party without authorisation due to the user's own negligence.

• Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using a public device or a shared device.
• Contact apkkiss customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account.
• apkkiss will never ask for your account password through any communication channel.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The apkkiss platform accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.

The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will be processed within 5-30 minutes. The first withdrawal for each account may require additional information verification as a standard security measure.

• Users are responsible for ensuring that recipient account details are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request.
• apkkiss is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect account details provided by the user.
• All financial transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for deposits made via cryptocurrency.
• apkkiss reserves the right to delay withdrawals for compliance review purposes or in cases requiring further investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

apkkiss offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement that must be met is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For deposits of RM800 or more, the maximum bonus of RM300 will be credited, bringing the account balance to RM1,100. The wagering requirement in this case is RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

• Each user is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Any attempt to misuse bonuses or to bet strategically solely to meet wagering requirements may result in the bonus being voided.
• apkkiss reserves the right to amend, suspend or end any promotion at any time.
• Other bonuses including weekly cashback, VIP membership benefits and seasonal promotions have their own terms stated on their respective promotion pages.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the prescribed wagering requirements.

Game Rules

The apkkiss platform offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, crash games and Teen Patti. Each game has specific rules that users should understand before playing.

The results of all games are final. apkkiss uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been certified and verified by an independent third party to ensure fair play. Any technical disruption that affects a game outcome will be investigated and apkkiss reserves the right to void or reject affected bets.

• For sports betting, results are determined according to official statistical sources recognised by apkkiss.
• Users may not use any automation software, bots or systems designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any bets placed while the system is under maintenance may be cancelled.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users are required to use the apkkiss platform in a responsible and honest manner and to comply with all applicable laws. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Sharing an account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or behaving rudely towards customer support staff.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the system for unauthorised financial gain.
• Providing false or misleading information to apkkiss at any time.

Account Closure and Suspension

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting apkkiss customer support. Before the account closure is processed, all active wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance withdrawals must be settled.

apkkiss reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for legal and compliance reasons. In cases of suspension due to an investigation, the account balance will be held while the investigation is ongoing.

Limitation of Liability

apkkiss is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by users through gambling activities on this platform. All bets and games are undertaken at the user's own risk. This platform is provided "as is" and apkkiss makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions.

apkkiss's maximum liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding that claim. apkkiss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

apkkiss reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on the apkkiss website and the date of the update will be stated at the top of this document.

Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must close your account and stop using the platform before the amendments come into effect.

Responsible Gambling
